The request for availability for a stay at the Albergo61 guest house can be made through the Booking Form on this site. We will respond to your request promptly and, if necessary, give instructions for booking.

Methods of payment: to confirm the booking we kindly ask you to pay a 30% deposit by bank transfer or credit card (Visa / Mastercard), PayPal; the balance in cash or by card upon arrival. The reservation is valid only after confirmation by email and deposit.

Documents: upon arrival it is essential to present a valid identity document for each guest, to allow registration according to the laws in force. In the case of minors, these must be accompanied by at least one of the parents or be provided with a specific signed authorization.

Check in: the rooms are available after 15:00. We kindly ask you however to communicate the estimated time of arrival or any delays in order to guarantee our presence at the time of your arrival. In the event that the arrival time will not be communicated, check-in will be made from 15:00 to 21:00.

Check out: the rooms must be vacated no later than 11.00 .

Children from 0 to 3 years: free.

Pets: are not allowed.

Smoking: we are sorry, but smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

Transfer from and / or to the airport: only on request and with an additional cost.

Cancellation and / or cancellation of the stay: in case of cancellation by the client, the communication must be received in writing; we will try to do our best to meet the customer’s needs by moving the booking but if this is not possible, we will proceed as follows:

For cancellations received within the 30th day prior to arrival no penalty; the deposit paid will be fully refunded.

For cancellations received between the 30th day and the expected date of arrival a penalty of 30% of the total agreed amount will be applied.

During High and Very High Season, the stay is non-refundable.

In case of No Show the full amount of the stay will be due.

Early departure: any changes must be communicated promptly before arrival; if the customer decides to leave early before the due date, he will still have to pay the amount of the internal stay.

Inability to accept the reservation: if due to force majeure the Albergo61 landlord was forced to cancel the reservation, by mutual agreement with the client he will try to find an alternative solution of the same class; if this is not possible, the deposit paid will be returned.
